Tonight I received 2 thermoball jackets from Northface #MountainAthletics.
One jacket is for The Bring A Friend Challenge, which was held from Nov 8th to Dec 8th, 2016. I brought 3 friends to train together. No matter if there is the challenge event, I still encourage people around me to go for free training. It is easier for me to bring more people during summer time. I am tired of hearing the excuse "Are you crazy? It's too cold." Cold weather is not a good excuse. A proper workout outfit will make you comfortable. When you start to workout, your body generates heat and makes you sweat a lot. How can you feel cold?
The other jacket is for the Mountain Athletics Rewards that I have attended training for 40 times.
Thank you Northface for being so generous to athletics. You create a very positive and encouraging community and have 2 trainers per session to assist us for #ITrainFor goal.
